The hall is located about 60m from the main house. Via a spacious terrace you enter the interior almost at ground level. A stylish wood panelling and sandstone elements give the Laas'n'saaL a feel-good ambience. A counter with tap and cooling compartments as well as a separate buffet area guarantee the gastronomic supply.

Der The room can be used in many ways: for family celebrations, standing receptions, conferences, presentations, readings or concerts.

The room rent is due in full if no gastronomic turnover is generated in connection with its use (rent without consumption).

The room rent does not apply if the minimum gastronomic turnover is reached.

The room rent includes the costs for heating, ventilation, light, basic cleaning and one type of seating. A change of seating between individual parts of the same event by the same organiser will be invoiced according to time and effort.

The final cleaning of the premises is charged with Euro 50,-.

Unless otherwise agreed, the hall is available on the day of the event from 10 a.m. to 10 a.m. the following day. Use of the hall the evening before from 18.00 hrs (set-up, decoration) will be charged at Euro 50,-.
